Collection: Order your KellyBronze Turkey for Easter
We have a turkey for every occasion including whole turkeys for entertaining a crowd, crowns for easy carving and breast roasts for smaller gatherings.
Ordering for Christmas starts in June BUT you can enjoy the taste of KellyBronze at any time of year with our Bred to be Cool range, which is fresh from the farm freezer available to collect throughout the year from us at the farm.
We love roasting a turkey at other times of year as it's another awesome excuse for a celebration with family or friends but without trying to fit in all the other excitements of Christmas.

Defrosting your turkey
Defrost your turkey in a cool place for 2-5 days. In a fridge, the guidance is approximately 24 hours per 2kg. It will take less time in a cool place such as in a garage or the boot of a car (in a plastic box, for example). For a quicker defrost, see the BBC Good Food guidance.
Remember to ensure it is at room temperature before you put it in the oven. Bring it into the kitchen two hours or so before cooking to bring it up to room temperature.
