This is the full leg, thigh and drumstick together. Utterly delicious roasted for Christmas Day, supper with friends, slow roasted and pulled, or casseroled for a crowd.
You can cut them into thighs and drums at home for smaller pots.
We have three pack sizes:
Small 2 pack - Minimum 1.5kg
Large 2 pack - Minimum 2.5kg
5kg bag - approx 5-6 legs
I do not require a thermometer
These turkey kegs are delicious. Cooked properly they melt in the mouth and are so flavoursome compared to those bought in supermarkets.
