Locavore: [loh-kuh-vohr] noun. a person who makes an effort to eat food that is grown, raised, or produced locally

We are delighted and honoured to be on the menu (not once but twice!) at the very first in a series of Locavore Suppers at the fabulous Guardswell. Set in a converted granary, the four-course feast will be cooked by the team at Ballintaggart (which is being top rated in the national newspapers and glossy mags at the moment) and finishing with a cheese tasting from Dundee's Cheesery.  Our mouths are already watering! Featuring lots of local produce, this will be a relaxed evening of great food around a big table.
