Puddledub Roast Ham (bone-in, unsmoked and cooked)
A half or whole gammon on the bone. Local, slow-grown and high welfare. Puddledub's whole glazed ham has the bone left in and has been mild cured for two weeks to allow the flavour to develop and cooked so it is ready to eat. A whole weighs approx 5kgs and should feed approx 25 people. A half weighs up to 2.9kg and feeds approximately 12 people.
